Material Necessário

 

Tube à sua escolha.Eu usei,Shy tube,arte de KiwiFire Storm,a qual poderá ser adquirida em The PSP Project.
Plugins:Penta-Color Dot/Jeans,L en K's-Zitah,Tramages-Tow The Line.
Recursos do PSP.
Sparkle tubes à sua escolha.Eu usei,Element_38.png,by Dees'Sign Depot:Oh Mr. BlueJay,um belíssimo FB Exclusive Freebie,aqui.
Mask:chmasks_rectangulosII1,aqui.
Font:SmartandSexy.

 

Vamos começar!

 

1- Abra um arquivo de 600x300 pixels ou ao seu gosto.
Pinte com a cor:#17153d,aplique o plugin Tramages-Tow The Line,nas configurações originais.
Nomeie essa layer:Tramages.
2- Adicione nova layer.
Faça um Gradient com as seguintes configurações:

Foregroung=#17153d
Background=#9acbe7
Style=Sunburst
Angle=45
Repeats=2
Pinte(Floodfill)com o Gradient.
Adjust/Blur/Gaussian Blur/Radius=16,00.
Aplique a mask.Layers-merge group.
Aplique o plugin:L en K's-Zitah,nas configurações originais.

 

3- Abra o tube,copie,cole como nova layer.
Resize apropriado,posicione ao seu gosto.Drop shadow.
Abra o sparkle tube(Element_38.png),copie,cole como nova layer,na parte superior,abaixo da layer tube.
Cole novamente como nova layer e posicione na parte inferior esquerda,abaixo da layer tube.

 

4- Ative a layer Tramages,copie,cole o tube como nova layer,resize desejado,posicione no lado superior esquerdo.Use a selection tool,para cortar partes excedentes.
Veja minha tag como referência.Cole novamente a layer tube,no lado inferior direito.
Aplique em ambas as layers tube:Effects/Texture Effects/Blinds,nestas configurações:
Width=3
Opacity=16
Cor=Branca
Light from Left/Top=Marcado
Adicione seu texto,créditos de copyrights e vamos criar bordas.

 

5- Adicione nova layer top.Selections/all/Selections/Modify/Select Selection Borders:
Inside=Marcado
Antialias=Marcado
Border Width=1

Flood Fill com a cor=#17153d.
Adicione nova layer/Layers/Move Down/Selections/All.
Selections/all/Selections/Modify/Select Selection Borders:
Inside=Marcado
Antialias=Marcado
Border Width=3
Flood Fill com o mesmo Gradient,nas configurações dadas,acima.
Adicione nova layer/Layers/Move Down/Selections/All.
Selections/all/Selections/Modify/Select Selection Borders:
Inside=Marcado
Antialias=Marcado
Border Width=4
Flood Fill com a cor=#17153d.
Ative a layer borda Gradient.
Aplique o Plugin Penta/Jeans,nas configurações originais.
Aplique o Plugin Penta/Color-Dot,nas configurações originais.
Repita o Plugin Penta/Jeans,nas configurações originais.
Repita o Plugin Penta/Color-Dot,nas configurações originais.
Mude a Opacity dessa layer para Hard Light.Layers/Duplicate.
Salve sua tag em .png!
